  • Operate and maintain your voter database and campaign tools

Political Use & Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers (Supabase for hosting, Amazon for email, Telnyx for SMS, MiCamp for payments)

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Communications (email, SMS) are billed monthly based on usage or deducted from prepaid bundles. All charges are processed on the first day of each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period

  • No refunds for partial months or unused prepaid communications bundles

  • Your data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless retention is legally required

  • You may export your data before cancellation

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or prepaid communication bundles. All sales are final. If you experience technical issues preventing use of the service, contact support for assistance.

SMS Messaging Notice

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive campaign-related SMS messages. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information

  • Export your data in a machine-readable format

  • Opt out of marketing communications

  • Request information about how we use your data

Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Data required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or election law obligations may be retained longer.
